How much does training cost?
There are three plans for in-person training, and an online training option. This means that we can find the plan that works best for both your needs and your budget.
Packages start from £25 an hour, but I don't offer training by the hour. I only work with people who are genuinely ready to make a change and start smashing their goals.
How long do I have to sign up for?
Initially all I ask is for a 30-day commitment. You won't see significant changes in just 30 days, but you should see some improvement. And it's long enough for us both to figure out whether we want to keep on working together,
What if I decide it's not for me after 30 days?
If you decide it's not for you after 30 days, that's absolutely fine. I only ask for an initial 30 day commitment. So if it's not for you, you can walk away with some new knowledge and strategies to improve your fitness.
What if I don't see any improvement after 30 days?
It's very unlikely that you'll see significant progress in just 30 days.
However, if you do everything right for 30 days, and don't see any results at all, then you will get 100% of your money back.
